Before Care

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before your appointment

  • Drink at least 4 glasses of water

  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours

After care

  • Plan to elevate your heart rate for 20 minutes after each session to stimulate movement of the fat cells

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy carbs for the next 72 hours

  • Results are NOT guaranteed

  • Headache, fat dormant and increased restroom use is normal
